About AH Clearances
We are a Northampton-based clearance business helping homeowners, families, executors and property professionals deal with unwanted belongings and the practical task of clearing a property.
Clearance, handled with care.
With 25 years clearing homes, our own uniformed, DBS-checked teams work with care for both the property and its contents. We never use subcontractors.
Our service includes full and partial house clearances, probate clearances and supporting services for domestic and commercial properties.
Reuse, rehome and recycle
At least 90% of what we remove is reused, donated or recycled. Usable furniture goes to local charities, with recycling and licensed disposal for the remaining material.
A registered, insured business
£2m public liability insurance. Environment Agency upper-tier waste carrier CBDU586959. We issue a waste transfer note for every clearance.
