How much does a house clearance cost?
There is no single price that fits every property. Two similarly sized homes can involve very different volumes of contents and work.
Start with the postcode, description and photos or a video. A visit or further information may be needed to agree the full scope.
What affects the quote?
The quantity and type of contents; stairs, parking and carrying distances; heavy or particular items; outbuildings; disposal requirements; and any additional cleaning or delivery.
Written fixed quotes
We provide written fixed quotes for the agreed work, rather than hourly rates. The existing service offers same-day quotation. Tell us the complete scope so inclusions are clear.
Do not assume retained items, cleaning, delivery or outbuildings are included unless they have been agreed. Discuss any changes before the clearance.
From enquiry to completion
1. Share the property details. 2. Agree the scope and quotation. 3. Arrange access and identify belongings to retain. 4. The team completes the work and leaves the property broom-clean. 5. Receive a waste transfer note and completion photographs where arranged.
What if items have value?
Flag anything you believe has value. Do not assume contents will automatically offset the clearance charge. Any purchase, resale or valuation arrangement must be discussed separately.
